NouNouNou is the teacup breed version we designed out of Nou. Nou (pronounced like 'noo' in noodles) is a play object for both your pet and you. To make it fun, you will need to get creative in making various shapes with them. Nou can be a pretzel, a boating knot, a tossing ball or a tug of war rope.

Works like an enrichment toy, treats can be hidden in the knots and rewarded when your pet successfully unknots them. NouNouNou is designed to be shorter and slimmer for creating smaller play objects for puppies and XS/S dogs.

Shipping

Your order will be shipped the next working day at the latest (unless your order includes a pre-order item).

In Belgium and the Netherlands, you are likely to receive your order 1-2 working days after shipment. For remaining EU countries and UK, it can take 3 to 5 working days after shipment.

Shipping fees:

  • Belgium: €5,95 (free for orders over €65)
  • The Netherlands: €6,95 (free for orders over €80)*
  • Germany: €9,95 (free for orders over €100)*
  • UK and Rest of Europe: €19,95 (free for orders over €200)

* Beds and cushions are excluded from the free shipping policy outside of Belgium.

Beds and cushions can not be shipped outside of Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days after receipt, provided it is unused, in its original condition and packaging.

Please note snacks, salmon oil and olive wood cannot be returned due to food safety reasons.
