Dispatch Speed

Your order will be shipped no later than the next working day unless it includes pre-order products. Even if you place an order on a Saturday, Sunday, or a National Holiday, rest assured we'll do our best to have it on its way by the following working day.

Delivery Timelines

If you're in Belgium or the Netherlands, you can expect your order within 1-2 working days after it has been shipped. For our valued customers in the remaining EU countries and the UK, the delivery timeline extends to 3 to 5 working days after shipment. While we strive for seamless deliveries, factors outside our control may affect delivery times.

Keeping Track 

You will receive an email notification at the email address you provided during checkout when your order has been shipped. This email will include a tracking code, allowing you to trace your order every step of the way. Our trusted delivery partners, Bpost and PostNL, are here to ensure your package's safe journey to you. 

Shipping Fees

  • Belgium: €5,95 (free for orders over €65)
  • The Netherlands: €8,95 (free for orders over €80)*
  • Germany: €9,95 (free for orders over €100)*
  • Rest of Europe: €19,95 (free for orders over €200)**
  • UK: €19,95 (free for orders over €200)**

* Beds and cushions are excluded from the free shipping policy outside of Belgium.

** Beds and cushions can not be shipped to these countries.

My Order Arrived Damaged, What Should I Do?

We're sorry to hear that your order didn't arrive in perfect condition. We understand the importance of getting this sorted out for you as quickly as possible. Here's what you should do if you've received a damaged package:

1. Reach Out to Us

Please get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving your package at We want to make things right for you, and the sooner we know about the issue, the faster we can assist you.

2. Provide Some Details

To help us assess and resolve the situation, kindly provide the following information when you contact us:

  • Description of the Complaint: Let us know what happened and describe the issue with the damaged product.
  • Order Number: Share your order number with us so we can locate your purchase quickly.
  • Photo of the Damaged Product: Snap a picture of the damaged item so we can better understand the extent of the damage.
  • Photo of the Damaged Shipping Box: A photo of the shipping box will help us assess if there were any issues during transit.

Once we have this information, we'll do our best to handle your complaint promptly and find a solution that works for you. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to resolve the issue.

Return Policy

We want your shopping experience to be as enjoyable as possible. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Timeframe for Returns

You've got 14 days from the moment your product arrives to decide if it's exactly what you wanted.

Condition for Returns

Simply make sure the product is unused, in its original condition and packaging. While we gladly accept returns for most products, please note that snacks cannot be returned due to food safety reasons and gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Costs of Returns

The costs associated with returning the product are at your own expense. But, if you choose to return the entire order, we'll refund not only the product cost but also the shipping fee you paid.

How to Return

Simply send us an email at, letting us know you'd like to return your order. Don't forget to include your order number in the email subject. Within just 1 working day, you'll receive our easy-to-follow return instructions. We've got you covered!

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item in good condition, you can expect your refund within 14 working days. For your peace of mind, please keep a record of your return, like a tracking code or receipt. While we're here to help, please note that we can't take responsibility if your return gets lost.

Product Exchange

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange via the webshop. If you would like a different product, you can return the order and place a new online order.
