Nou (pronounced like 'noo' in noodles) is a play object designed for both your pet and you. To make it fun, the object invites you to be creative too in making various shapes. Nou can be a pretzel, a boating knot, a tossing ball or a tug of war rope.
Works like an enrichment toy, treats can be hidden in the knots and rewarded when your pet successfully unknots them. If one Nou is too easy for the pet, level up and make more complicated shapes with two or three Nou.

Your order will be shipped the next working day at the latest (unless your order includes a pre-order item).
In Belgium and the Netherlands, you are likely to receive your order 1-2 working days after shipment. For remaining EU countries and UK, it can take 3 to 5 working days after shipment.
Shipping fees:
- Belgium: €5,95 (free for orders over €65)
- The Netherlands: €6,95 (free for orders over €80)*
- Germany: €9,95 (free for orders over €100)*
- UK and Rest of Europe: €19,95 (free for orders over €200)
* Beds and cushions are excluded from the free shipping policy outside of Belgium.
Beds and cushions can not be shipped outside of Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany.

Returns
You can return your order within 14 days after receipt, provided it is unused, in its original condition and packaging.
Please note snacks, salmon oil and olive wood cannot be returned due to food safety reasons.
