DIRECTIONS FOR USE 

Shake the product before use to mix all its natural ingredients. Spray it on the coat, keeping a distance of about 30-40 cm to distribute it evenly. Detangle and comb as usual. Do not rinse.

In Belgium and the Netherlands, you are likely to receive your order 1-2 working days after shipment. For remaining EU countries and UK, it can take 3 to 5 working days after shipment.

Shipping fees:

  • Belgium: €5,95 (free for orders over €65)
  • The Netherlands: €6,95 (free for orders over €80)*
  • Germany: €9,95 (free for orders over €100)*
  • UK and Rest of Europe: €19,95 (free for orders over €200)

* Beds and cushions are excluded from the free shipping policy outside of Belgium.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days after receipt, provided it is unused, in its original condition and packaging.

Please note snacks, salmon oil and olive wood cannot be returned due to food safety reasons.
